Family of the Month – August 2022

Deacon Al and Jackie Evans

Deacon Al has served as one of our parish clergy since his ordination in 2002. Deacon is a Navy veteran
having served as an airborne SONAR operator aboard Orion P3 aircraft. He met his wife, Jackie, while
working at LTV after earning a degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee. He has served as
the Faith director for our council also filling in for our Chaplin when necessary and is affiliated with the
ACTS organization in our parish. His wife, Jackie, is also active in our parish life.
