We have about 40 lbs of uncooked fish left from the Lent season fish frys.  After discussions with Methodist Charlton Medical Center,  we are going to cook it up and deliver it to Charlton this Thursday about noon.  Dudley, the head EMT will meet us and get the food.  We will be doing all the cooking outside where we normally cook the fish at the church.  We will have only 5 guys up there doing this.
