Officers

The Knights of Columbus Fraternal Year extends from July 1st to June 30th the following year. An Officer's term is typically a one year term but it's common for members to be reelected two years in a row.

Deputy Grand Knight

Paul Ryan

The Deputy Grand  assists the Grand Knight in the performance of their duties and will take charge of the Council during the the incapacity or extended absence of the Grand Knight.  Paul heads up the retention committee for our Council. Paul transferred from St. Jude parish in Mansfield in 2018 but joined the Knights in 2011 while living in Maryland during his 30 year stint in the marine Corp. Paul and his wife, Colleen, live in Cedar Hill and have two children – Ryan and Maura.

Deputy Grand Knight

  • Assists the grand knight with operation of the council and any other duties assigned to him by the grand knight
  • In the absence of the grand knight, presides at council meetings
  • Recommended to serve on the council’s Retention Committee
