Bart Sipriano – October 2013

Bart followed graduation from Plano Senior High in 1974 with a four-year stint in the U.S. Army that included time as a paratrooper. “You go to paratrooper school for three weeks,” Bart said. “The hardest three weeks of my life.” His knees still remember paratrooper school. He and wife Julie have been married for 34 years and have lived in Cedar Hill since 1985. They have a daughter, Rebekah, who has two sons (Sebastian and Anthony) and a son, Matthew, who joined the Knights during the same exemplification ceremony. Bart got a degree in applied science from Cedar Valley College and is a maintenance mechanic for the U.S. Postal Service, his employer for 28 years.
