Ivan Alonso – June 2013

On Tuesday evening, at a special 1st degree ceremony, Ivan Alonso became the 38th new Knight of Council 8157 for this fraternal year which ends on June 30th.  Ivan was born in Mexico, but finished his schooling in Dallas and is currently pursuing a  career as a diesel mechanic.  Ivan pastime is playing sports.  Ivan learned about the Knights of Columbus through a friend and said, when asked how he plans to help the Knights. “on everything I can”.  Way to go Ivan,  and welcome to the brotherhood of the Knights.
