Martin Caloca – April 2022
We welcomed new Brother Knight Martin Caloca, on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Accompanied by his wife Rosie, they attended the ceremony at our Exemplification Director Tom Greco’s house. Present were SK Tom Greco and Lady Helen, SK Jorge Ruiz, Grand Knight, and Martin and Rosie Caloca. In this intimate setting in Tom’s living room, we took the opportunity to deliver a couple of portions of the ceremony in Spanish and English. The Caloca’s, being perfectly bilingual welcomed our Spanish/English delivery. Martin has tried to attend at least three of our last Exemplifications in the past six months, but work always got in the way. So when he called and asked to be admitted, we were more than happy to oblige him. Martin and Rosie recently celebrated their 19th anniversary and they have 3 children ages, 18, 15, and 11. They moved here from the vicinity of Anaheim, California to Cedar Hill, Texas, fifteen years ago. Martin is an electrician by profession. They attend Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where Rosie is a very active member of the Guadalupano group (Our Lady of Guadalupe).
