Eric Pinola – October 2012

Eric concluded that every time he saw a guy at Holy Spirit getting something done, it was a Knight. “I could see the lives they touched,” he said. And Eric wanted to be part of that, not an easy task while running a business (Champion Energy brass fitting in DeSoto) and being the father of five. But he knows something about dealing with challenges. Family circumstances led him to drop out of school in the 10^th grade (later earning his GED) and be on his own at age 15. He and wife Rebecca eloped and later had their marriage convalidated at Holy Spirit. Eric is a lector, and he and Rebecca are active in pro-life efforts. Their children are Malia (10), Felicity (7), Phoebe (4), Eric Jr. (2) and Joy (5 months).
