Russell Jones

RUSSELL JONES transferred his KC membership last year from St. Joseph in Waxahachie. He and his wife, Marybeth, live in Oak Cliff with their two children. Gabrielle is a sophomore in the law magnet program at the Dallas school district’s Townview High School. Benjamin is a seventh grader at St. Elizabeth of Hungary School, participating in cross-country, basketball and baseball. Russell describes himself as “an AAFES brat” who was born in Hawaii, lived many years in California (graduating from UCLA) and came through Duncanville on more than one occasion growing up. “In the 1970s, I remember having a picnic on the property where Holy Spirit is, and they were saying, ‘This is where we’re building the church.’ ”
