A letter from the Grand Knight of Council 2305 in West, Texas

The following letter was forwarded by our District Deputy Bill Dover and it is published here at his request:

My Brother Knights,

I want to thank each of you for your offers of help and thoughts as our community faces this unspeakable tragedy. For the immediate time being we have received an outpouring of help from the entire south and north central area. We have a distribution center that has more than enough supplies to take care of immediate needs. Supreme and the State council have both donated large sums of money to help in the effort. We are still trying to gather information on what the needs are for the victims in a longer term sense. I have a meeting today with representatives from Supreme and the State.

For now, I would only ask that you continue to pray for our community and for the victims and their families. We lost at least four Brother Knights so far that we know of.

As I get more information, I will work with the State office to communicate our needs to the other councils.

Thank you!!

Ryan Adams
