Council 8157 Grand Knight Jim Richardson has called a special meeting of all council members to be held on:
Tuesday, August 16, 2016
at 7:00 PM
This special meeting will be held at our regular meeting room at the Holy Spirit Church Community Center.
The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct a second vote on the amount of funds to be allocated to the purchase of necessary equipment needed to operate a successful Football Concession opportunity presented to the council by the Cedar Hill Football and Cheer Association. The first vote approving these funds was held at the council’s general membership August meeting and passed with a majority of members present.
All Council 8157 members are encouraged to attend this special meeting.
The regularly scheduled Council Officers and Directors meeting will be held immediately following the special meeting.
