Our Diocesan Deputy Retires

Despite the invasive deadly virus that has plagued our country, and indeed the whole world, the Knights of Columbus Dallas Diocese Chapter in Texas continues to prepare for the day when we are allowed to go back to “normal” life and to resume the work of our order. So as time keeps going on, in the Dallas Diocese the time has come for leadership transition, as our Diocesan Deputy Roy Rabenaldt retires after serving four years in the post. Starting July 1st, at the start of our new fraternal year, Mike Courtney will become our new Dallas Diocesan Deputy for the next four years.

For the past four years, Roy Rabenaldt has served his Diocese with distinction as a strong leader with deep commitments to the principles of the order, and he leaves the Diocese and Chapter better than when he assumed the role four years ago.

The following article written by our own brother knight Jeff Miller and published on the chapter website, is a tribute to Roy Rabenaldt’s legacy. Please read it and pass it along to all brother knights.
