Spring beak took Its’ toll on the numbers of Knights who were able to work at the Lenten fish fry on March 20, 2026; but in spite of fewer Knights working, the fish fry came off without incident and was as efficient as the first four Friday events. Those in Attendance were: Mike Fitzgerald, Doug Karpan, Jeff Traub, Joel Lopez, Jeff Miller, Arthur Rodriguez, Dan Murphy, James Smith, David Ybarra, Cappie Wood, John Owen, Rolando Sobalvarro, Holly Patterson, Larry Balagna, Drew Carlson, Joe Eubank, Phil Holifield, Greg Warr, Joe Simecek, John Espree, Alex Carlson, Peter Perta, Lupe Hernandez, Gerardo Lopez, Russell LeRoy, Izzy Via, Mike Clark, Steve Reid, Mike Clark and Rod Kinard Even with less manpower then the first 4 fish fries, it just goes to show that working together produces giant results. Special Kudos to Mike Fitzgerald who bakes cookie for the Junior Catholic daughters of America who then sell them during the fish fry to raise money for their various charitable activities. Mike usually bakes around 450 cookies for each Friday’s fish fry. You all are to be congratulated on your effort this past Friday and we all look forward to seeing you for the final fish fry of the 2026 Lenten season on Friday March 27. Until then, thanks for all you do.
