We are men who lead, serve, protect and defend, whether we are giving out Coats for Kids, donating wheelchairs, lending a helping hand in disaster relief efforts, supporting local pregnancy centers or providing top-quality financial products.
The term “downtime” is relatively inaccurate whenever describing the Reitmeiers. Little time passes between their various activities involving Holy Spirit. Allen joined the council in November 2007 and took his major degree in January 2008. He has overseen the council’s youth baseball concession stand since fall 2008. Allen initiated 8157’s Knight Hands volunteer-service program four years ago. Little wonder he was Knight of the Year for 2009-10. Linda is a member of the outreach ministry’s Eucharistic Ministers to the sick and homebound and often also helps out all around the parish office when a need arises. The Reitmeiers live in Duncanville and have four grown children. Their ninth grandchildren was born in August, Katherine, to Paul and Stephanie in Alabama.
