We are men who lead, serve, protect and defend, whether we are giving out Coats for Kids, donating wheelchairs, lending a helping hand in disaster relief efforts, supporting local pregnancy centers or providing top-quality financial products.
Peter is currently the financial secretary (since 2013) for the Knights. He joined the knights in 2011. He and his wife, Bimbo (Bernadine) are both from central New York state. He is from Utica which is outside of Syracuse and was born and raised there. He is a cradle Catholic. He met Bimbo at the Carrier Dome where she was working at the concession stands and he was just passing through as a customer. They have been married for 14 years.. They live in Dallas, just on the border of Dallas and Cedar Hill, and have 2 step children and 4 grandchildren. The step children live in Syracuse and are named Merritt and Erica. The four grandchildren range in ages 2, 8, 10, and 20 years. Peter attended St. Anthony of Padua Parochial school and graduated from Proctor High School. Peter currently works for Nestle (27 years) as a Senior Manager of National Accounts and before that he had worked for Nabisco. His job requires plenty of traveling and has brought him to many places in the United States and abroad including Puerto Rico and the Caribbean islands. He works remotely when he is not traveling. Peter and Bimbo graduated from SUNY College. Bimbo is now retired from working as an office director for the Syracuse Police Department and then the Duncanville ISD. Peter says he may have plans to retire within the next couple of years. Outside of traveling for work, he travels with his wife who is from Ireland originally as Peter is from Italy originally. They have been to Ireland and are planning to go to Italy. Peter also plays golf and does household projects in his spare time. Bimbo also does sewing and crafts and she is self-taught on how to sew things like quilts, pillow covers, table runners etc.. They both attend the Saturday night mass where Peter helps organize the ushers as part of the hospitality ministry. Peter has one brother in Rome, New York while Bimbo has two brothers, she has also lost two sisters in life. Peter says his goals for himself as a Catholic are to continue what he has been doing.
