We are men who lead, serve, protect and defend, whether we are giving out Coats for Kids, donating wheelchairs, lending a helping hand in disaster relief efforts, supporting local pregnancy centers or providing top-quality financial products.
Lupe is a big man with a big heart grounded in love, charity, and service. During Lent you may have seen him scrub, scrub, scrubbing away at the dishes after our Fish Fries. At our men’s group on Saturday mornings, he is an active and noteworthy participant, often offering insightful and practical suggestions for modern day Spiritual combat. Besides selling at the baseball concession stand, he supports the council and parish in a very tangible fashion by extending his printing services whenever there is a need or desire for hardcopy materials. Lupe is an Army veteran and is proud to proclaim a long Hernandez Army linage, to include his son Jacobo, who is currently in his third year of service. On Sundays you’ll find Lupe and his lovely wife Mayela at the 5pm Mass. Well deserved, Lupe, and please keep up the great work
