David is always doing something. He helps in various Knight Hands project teams, cooks for St. Joseph nursing home Knight service projects and lately he’s been a key “fry guy” for the Parish Lenten Friday Fish Frys…the catfish is fried for the same number of minutes for that perfect golden-brown color. David served in the military for 10 years and then got into warehouse management where his career lasted 30 years. David does sometimes get away to play, he and his wife, Veronica, accompanied Fr. Eugene to Greece and Turkey “in the footsteps of St. Paul”. David serves in the Parish as an Usher. David lives in Waxahachie where he has lived for 21 years since initially moving to Ft. Worth in 1985. I was told he has plenty of room to garden plus he enjoys woodworking and is taking up fishing.
