We welcomed new Brother Knight Zack Cazares, on Sunday, January 12, 2024. Zack and his wife Norma have been members of Holy Spirit for the past three (3) years. They previously attended mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for 29 years. in Dallas/Oak Cliff. They have resided in their current address in Lancaster for 4 months and previously lived in Dallas for 10 years. Zack and Norma have been married for 26 years and they have three sons ages 38, 36 & 21 yrs. old and a daughter who is 31 yrs. old. Zack was born in Kingsville, Tx. and raised in Dallas. Zack graduated from Adamson H.S. in Oak Cliff, received his B/S Degree from UT Arlington and his Master’s Degree from Texas A&M Commerce, Tx. Zack is currently pursuing a Doctor’s degree in Leadership. He has been an educator for 21.5 years in the Dallas ISD, Tyler ISD and Texans Can Academy and recently retired as H.S. Principal. Zack’s numerous hobbies include working with his hands in wood working projects, playing golf, fishing, hiking, visiting Natural parks. Zack is a Gulf War veteran and served ten (10) years in the Armed forces. When asked why he joined the Knights, Zack feels intrigued with having a call to help others. Zack is also a member of ACTS at Holy Spirit. Let’s welcome Zack and introduce yourself next time you see him.
