Oscar is pushing 60 years old; but he looks about 40. He has a 33 year son among his four children – two boys and 2 girls. His wife’s name is Esmeralda. Oscar was born in Mexico, but arrived in the United States when he was 18; his primary language is still Spanish. He says he has no hobbies but he like to spend time with his family, especially his grand kids. He and his wife have attend Holy Spirit for the past 3 years. Before that they attended St. Jude’s in Mansfield. For the past 17 years or so he has been involved in the gas business. His primary task is to find leaky natural gas lines; but he also specializes in seeking out and testing pressure control valves. You will never see him around your home because he work on commercial building only. When I asked him why he joined the Knights he answered without hesitation that he “wants to be more involved in the church”. Well he certainly picked the right place for that. Welcome aboard, Oscar.
