Nineteen Knights worked this past Sunday morning November 10 at the Community Center to set up the gymnasium, cook breakfast fare, serve the guests, and clean up everything when the event was complete. In no particular order the Knights were: Dan Murphy, Ken Rarick, Jim Richardson, Art Senato. Les Migala, Tom Greco, Frank Hernandez, Al Alonzo, Frank Salazar, John Espree, Bill Dover, Jack Ramsden, John Rizo Sr., Marce Tebbe, Rod Kinard, Zandy Zande, Hector Lopez, and Nick Kleinhaus.
As usual everything went smoothly because everyone “pitched in” and helped where needed. What was unusual about this breakfast was that in honor of all veterans, the breakfast was free of charge. While these breakfasts are never a money making event, this one even more dramatic. Approximately 180 folks were served.
