Preparation for Easter Masses

We are called!

Brother Knights, in preparation for the Easter Masses at our church, we will be setting up the gymnasium floor with 550 chairs for the Easter Sunday Mass at 9:30 AM. These chairs are rented and will be delivered to the church on Thursday.

In addition, we’ll need to set up 300 chairs in the Narthex for use on Good Friday & Easter Sunday.

Thursday, April 17th at 1:00 PM

  1. Set up 300 chairs in the Narthex in straight rows
  2. Set up 550 rented chairs in the gym in a semi-circle layout

 

TAKE DOWN DATE & TIME

Monday, April 21st at 8:00 AM

  1. Return 300 chairs to the Community Center
  2. Pick up and stack chairs in the gym against the wall, they will be picked up by the rental company from there
