Holy Spirit 50^th Anniversary Weekend Volunteer Opportunity

On the weekend of 17-19 May Holy Spirit Parish will be celebrating its 50^th Anniversary. We have been asked to help with setting up, serving food and tearing down for the event. Below are the times we need help:

Friday May 17

• 2-4 PM   Set up stage in same spot as for the festival and chairs in the Narthex of the church
• 4-7 PM    Set up table and chairs in the gym for Saturday night after Mass dinner

Saturday  May 18

• 9 AM-Noon  Set up tents with tables and chairs.  Set up chairs in the courtyard for mass

Sunday  May 19

• 9-11 AM      Set up food for post mass serving lines
• 11:30 – 1 PM    Help Serve food
• 3 PM    Event tear down ( stage, tents, tables, chairs)

Weekend Events:

• Thursday May 16   7 PM – Talk by Bishop Kelly
• Saturday May 18   5 PM – Mass co celebrated by past and current Pastors followed by a sit-down dinner catered by Olive Garden for all who want to attend.
• Sunday  May 19    
  • 7:30 AM – English Mass
  • 10 AM – Mass celebrated by Bishop Kelley, English and Spanish)
  • 11:30-3 PM – Church picnic with food and games
