Council Membership Recruitment Open House RESCHEDULED

Due to scheduling conflicts with other church activities on the same weekend, we will postpone the Open House until some time in May.

Council 8157 will be hosting its first ever OPEN HOUSE for membership recruitment on March 23 and 24, 2019.

We plan on setting up in the afternoon on Saturday the 23rd and our open house event will begin Saturday evening after mass and all day Sunday so we can cover all the masses. It will require a large part of the gym on several tables with handouts, signage displays, slideshows, etc. and at least a couple of Knights at each table talking to visitors as they walk through. We also plan on serving pizza and refreshments on Saturday evening and breakfast tacos Sunday morning, courtesy of Catholic Daughters plus hot dogs in the afternoon and pizza again Sunday evening.

This will be the first time we’ll be using an Open House format for recruitment.
